These terms govern rodent control services provided by Springfield Rodent Control. Scheduling service constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Scope of Service
Work is limited to the rodent services described in your written quote for the specified property. Additional areas or services require a separate quote.
Inspections & Quotes
Inspections are provided at no charge. Quotes are itemized and valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Work begins only after the quote is accepted.
30-Day Guarantee
Covered services carry a 30-day guarantee from the date of service. If covered rodent activity returns within that window, we will return and re-treat the affected scope at no additional charge. The guarantee applies only where recommended exclusion work was completed and does not cover new entry points created by subsequent structural changes, storm damage, or third-party work.
Customer Responsibilities
Reasonable access to affected areas is required. Recommended sanitation or repairs declined by the customer may limit the guarantee, which will be noted in writing.
Payment
Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. There is no surprise billing — the itemized quote is the price.
Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing structural damage or for conditions outside the quoted scope.
